Creating standardized processes and best practices for the Waitr BDM’s. Focusing on efficiency initiatives that drive inter-departmental interactions towards productive outcomes. Developing training material and coursework to provide our new hires with a quick start and our long-term BDMs with continued support and personal development.  Designing the organizational chart of the department and refocusing all employees on revenue generation.

District Sales Manager – Waitr   [December 2017 – June 2018]

Working with mentoring the BDMs within my district, providing them with support and coaching on the tools and resources provided to them. Helping BDMs manage their pipeline and get the deals to the next stage.  Within 6 months took my team to a 206% increase in recorded interactions, 156% increase in average monthly new contacts added to the pipeline and a 279% increase in average monthly deal production. Quickly proving concepts that brought me to being considered for the Director of Sales Operations position and eventual promotion in June 2018.

Business Development Manager – Waitr   [January 2017 – December 2017]

First person on the ground for 13 new markets being utilized for strategic moments in the most difficult unseeded areas.  Launching markets with results higher than expectations set by managers. Acquiring local favorite restaurants before market launch allowing for large selection choices for new customers. Set company record for most revenue generated in a quarter and most restaurants acquired in a quarter which are still held today.

Travel Nurse Recruiter – Cross Country Travel Nursing  [July 2017 – December 2017]

Recruiter on the phone working to get nurses in a highly competitive market to utilize Cross Country as their preferred travel company. Trained extensively in sales and recruiting techniques.

Education

Bachelors of Science majoring in Microbiology minor in Business Administration [2010-2014]

Clinically trained as a microbiologist working in genetics labs at the University of Florida for 2 years. Near the end, I realized that the lab was not social or lucrative enough of an opportunity for me so I picked up the Business Administration minor to try and open up myself to the world of business.

Emergency Medical Technician Accelerated Program [2015]

Left as a licensed EMT with first aid, emergency first aid, and first responder training.
